Digital Marketing needs data. Today, it's collected through methods that
make us queasy but is a requirement to meet our goals. With Mozilla, Apple,
and now Google moving to block a major portion of those methods, the
landscape is going to change yet again. The upside is that Credit Unions are
uniquely positioned to lead the charge as member advocates for new
standards and tools that prioritize privacy and personal control while
enabling marketing teams even better than before.

This session will:

  • Define what 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party cookies are and why it's an issue
  • Explain what is happening in the landscape right now - sweeping dramatic changes that are set to affect the next two years
  • Outline two potential scenarios that emerge from these changes
