If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. If you will not be sending a substitute cancellation in writing must be received at least 60 days prior to the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations requested with less than 60 days’ notice, but at least 30 days prior to the event, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or after 30 days prior to the event. To cancel, please send an email to the info@macnetwork.org.
Registration Change Policy: All exhibitor registration changes, including substitutions, transfers, name changes, and additional booth staff registrations, must be submitted no later than September 17, 2027. Changes requested after this deadline will incur a $500 late change fee per change and are not guaranteed. MAC reserves the right to deny registration changes submitted within seven (7) days of the conference if badges, meal counts, seating assignments, event access credentials, venue requirements, or other operational considerations can no longer reasonably be modified. No exceptions will be made.
