If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. If you will not be sending a substitute cancellation in writing must be received at least 60 days prior to the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations requested with less than 60 days’ notice, but at least 30 days prior to the event, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
